Pink Pancake Stack with Colorful Toppings

Ingredients

Pancakes

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 20g @macr0mike peanut butter protein
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Toppings

  • 1/2 individual serve @purecocobella vanilla coconut yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp @unicornsuperfoods beauty blend
  • Frozen berries
  • Sugar free maple syrup
  • Coconut flakes
  • Chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Blitz all pancake ingredients in a blender to make a thick batter.

  2. Cook the batter on a stove in a pan until golden brown on both sides

  3. To make the pink coconut yoghurt, mix the Unicorn Superfoods Beauty Blend through the yoghurt until you get the shade of pink you want.

  4. Top the pancakes with all the yummy toppings and serve.
