Spinach Waffles with Cream Cheese and Salmon 🌱
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 200g Whole Wheat Flour
- 350ml Milk
- 100g Fresh Spinach
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Topping
- 1 Avocado
- 100g Salmon
- Cream Cheese
Preparation
In a blender, combine the eggs, whole wheat flour, milk, fresh spinach, baking powder, and salt. Blend until you have a smooth batter.
Preheat a waffle iron and lightly grease it.
Pour the spinach batter onto the waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until the waffles are golden and crispy.
While the waffles are cooking, prepare the toppings. Slice the avocado and set aside. Also, flake the salmon into small pieces.
Once the waffles are done, remove them from the waffle iron and spread cream cheese on top of each waffle.
Top the cream cheese with slices of avocado and flaked salmon.
Serve the spinach waffles with cream cheese and salmon for a colorful and delicious brunch option.
