Vegan Protein Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 300g medium tofu
  • 50g non-dairy dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons vegan chocolate protein powder

Optional

  • liquid sweetener, e.g., maple syrup, to sweeten

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients into the blender.

  2. Blend on high for 10-20 seconds until everything is smooth and creamy.

  3. Serve.
