Vegan Protein Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 300g medium tofu
- 50g non-dairy dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons vegan chocolate protein powder
Optional
- liquid sweetener, e.g., maple syrup, to sweeten
Preparation
Add all the ingredients into the blender.
Blend on high for 10-20 seconds until everything is smooth and creamy.
Serve.
