Air Fried Buffalo Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce

Preparation

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400F

  2. In a shallow bowl, whisk 2 eggs.

  3. In another shallow bowl, mix together the almond flour and spices.

  4. Take the chicken tenders and dip in the egg mixture then the almond flour mixture.

  5. Add to your air fryer (you may have to make two batches, don’t overlap them). Bake for 6 minutes, flip, and bake for 6 more.

  6. Remove and brush with the hot sauce.
