Banana, Nut Butter & Coconut Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 250 g yoghurt
  • 50 g of rolled oats
  • 20 g of shredded coconut

Preparation

  1. Put it in the fridge overnight, so that it would soak up all the excess liquid. This morning I transferred it to a bowl and topped it with some banana slices, strawberries, and some nut butter
