Chocolate Maca Protein Balls. Recipe Below
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1/2 cup ground almonds
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs
- 3 medjool dates
- 1.5 tbsp date nectar
- 1.5 tbsp agave nectar
- 2 tbsp maca powder
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 3 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Whizz the first four ingredients up in a food processor until the dates are cut up finely
Add the rest of the ingredients except the raisins and chocolate chips and process until the mixture is well mixed
Stir in the raisins and chocolate by hand and then shape into balls
Refrigerate to firm up and try not to eat all of them at once - that is the hardest part
