Creamy Basil Garlic Mushroom Pasta
Ingredients
- 125 ml vegetable broth
- 120 ml soy cuisine
- 1 onion
- 120 g pasta
- 30 ml white wine
- rosemary
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon agave syrup
- 1/2 cloves of garlic
Preparation
Slice the mushrooms. Finely chop the onion and garlic
Heat the olive oil in a medium-sized pan. Put the onions in the pan and fry until they are glassy
Add the garlic and mushrooms and sauté until the mushrooms are golden brown
Add the agave syrup and caramelise for 1-2 minutes
Deglaze with wine and vegetable stock and simmer
Chop the rosemary and add to the pan
Cook the pasta according to the packing instructions
Add soy cuisine to the pan and simmer until the sauce is creamy
If you want, you can also add 1-2 tablespoons of the pasta water to the pan to bind the sauce
