Crispy Pan Fried Potatoes
Ingredients
- 6-7 potatoes
- 3 tbsp margarine
- 2 tbsp oil
- your fav herbs
Preparation
Potatoes, peel & cut to bite sized
Cook the potatoes about 5-7 minutes (keep an eye on the potatoes, don’t over cook)
Another alternative, use a fork to test if they’re tender enough (it should be a little hard but easy to fork in, that is the perfect texture)
Once the potatoes are cooked, drain and let it cool. ➡In a bowl add in cooked potatoes and add in 3 tbsp of margarine. Stir well and make sure all the cooked potatoes are coated with the margarine
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a skillet
Then add the potatoes
Cook till it turns golden and crusty
Chopped the herbs and sprinkle on the potatoes
