Crispy Pan Fried Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6-7 potatoes
  • 3 tbsp margarine
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • your fav herbs

Preparation

  1. Potatoes, peel & cut to bite sized

  2. Cook the potatoes about 5-7 minutes (keep an eye on the potatoes, don’t over cook)

  3. Another alternative, use a fork to test if they’re tender enough (it should be a little hard but easy to fork in, that is the perfect texture)

  4. Once the potatoes are cooked, drain and let it cool. ➡In a bowl add in cooked potatoes and add in 3 tbsp of margarine. Stir well and make sure all the cooked potatoes are coated with the margarine

  5. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a skillet

  6. Then add the potatoes

  7. Cook till it turns golden and crusty

  8. Chopped the herbs and sprinkle on the potatoes
