Easy Lamb Koftas
Ingredients
- 500g lamb mince
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp chopped mint
- 1 onion, very finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- olive oil
Preparation
Mix together all the ingredients, except the olive oil, in a large bowl until they are well combined
Using your hands, divide into 8-10 balls and roll each ball into an oval shape
Heat a griddle pan until you feel the warmth rising from it then brush each kofta with olive oil
Cook for a few minutes on each side until browned and cooked through
Serve with a greek salad or flat breads and tzakziki
