Easy Lamb Koftas

Ingredients

  • 500g lamb mince
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp chopped mint
  • 1 onion, very finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • olive oil

Preparation

  1. Mix together all the ingredients, except the olive oil, in a large bowl until they are well combined

  2. Using your hands, divide into 8-10 balls and roll each ball into an oval shape

  3. Heat a griddle pan until you feel the warmth rising from it then brush each kofta with olive oil

  4. Cook for a few minutes on each side until browned and cooked through

  5. Serve with a greek salad or flat breads and tzakziki
