Moroccan Lamb Burgers for Family BBQ
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 inch ginger
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp ground coriander and ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 80g dried apricots
- 500g lamb mince
- Handful fresh parsley
Preparation
Add all ingredients except the lamb and parsley to a blender and blitz well to form a spice paste.
Add the lamb and parsley to a large bowl, tip in the spice paste, and mix thoroughly using your hands.
Shape the lamb mixture into patties.
BBQ or grill for 5 minutes each side.
Serve in baps with salad and sauce of choice.
