Moroccan Lamb Burgers for Family BBQ

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp ground coriander and ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 80g dried apricots
  • 500g lamb mince
  • Handful fresh parsley

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients except the lamb and parsley to a blender and blitz well to form a spice paste.

  2. Add the lamb and parsley to a large bowl, tip in the spice paste, and mix thoroughly using your hands.

  3. Shape the lamb mixture into patties.

  4. BBQ or grill for 5 minutes each side.

  5. Serve in baps with salad and sauce of choice.
