Gingerbread Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 100 g ground hazelnuts
- 50 g ground almonds
- 10 pitted medjool dates
- 1 tsp gingerbread spice
- 2 tsp raw cacao powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbs water
- 1-2 tsp raw cacao for the covering
Preparation
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until you have a smooth texture (add a little bit more water if needed). Form up to 30 balls with your hands
Put the cacao for the covering on a plate and cover the balls delicately
Put the balls in freezer for around 15 to 20 minutes and then: Enjoy
