Gluten-Free Turkey Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 lb organic, antibiotic-free ground turkey
- 1/2 cup white onion chopped
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon oregano ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1-2 tablespoons olive or avocado oil for cooking
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375f
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and drizzle it with oil
Combine all ingredients for the meatballs (except the oil) in a bowl
Form 1 1/2
Place the meatballs on the baking tray with parchment paper and roll lightly in oil (that is already on the tray)
Bake for 20 minutes until golden
