Gluten-Free Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb organic, antibiotic-free ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup white onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon oregano ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive or avocado oil for cooking

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375f

  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and drizzle it with oil

  3. Combine all ingredients for the meatballs (except the oil) in a bowl

  4. Form 1 1/2

  5. Place the meatballs on the baking tray with parchment paper and roll lightly in oil (that is already on the tray)

  6. Bake for 20 minutes until golden
