Millet Vegetable Pongal and Coconut Chutney

Ingredients

  • nutrient rich veggies
  • Mineral rich Millet
  • protein rich lentils

Preparation

  1. Soak millets for 3 hours

  2. Dry roast moong lentils and keep it aside

  3. Finely chop vegetables

  4. In a pressure cooker mix millet, roasted lentil and vegetable , add turmeric and salt for 15-20 mins

  5. In a pan add ghee, cumin, mustard, cashews , red chili and Curry leaves once ingredients temper, add the cooked lentil millet . Serve it hot with choice of Chutney

  6.
