Millet Vegetable Pongal and Coconut Chutney
Ingredients

- Mineral rich Millet
- protein rich lentils
Preparation
Soak millets for 3 hours
Dry roast moong lentils and keep it aside
Finely chop vegetables
In a pressure cooker mix millet, roasted lentil and vegetable , add turmeric and salt for 15-20 mins
In a pan add ghee, cumin, mustard, cashews , red chili and Curry leaves once ingredients temper, add the cooked lentil millet . Serve it hot with choice of Chutney
