Moroccan Style Rice

Ingredients

  • Recipe (serves 4-6): Boil 2 cups of rice with some frozen peas and sweet corn ? -
  • Pan fry four carrots?, two peppers, one whole broccoli ? chopped, a bunch of asparagus, one red or white onion diced and two apples
  • Flavour the vegetables with 2tsps of turmeric, curry powder and cumin. And mix in 3tbsp of teriyaki/soy sauce

Preparation

  1. Mix the veg with the rice in a wok and add 3tbsp more of soy sauce

  2. Add some sultanas for a sweet bite
