Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tbs baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender for 1 minute

  2. Scoop batter into a well oiled pan and cook each side for a minute or two

  3. Top with all the goodies and enjoy! ? I topped mine with yogurt, sliced bananas ?, berries, peanut butter, and a sprinkle of hemp seeds
