  • seasoned with chicken spice and air fried for 20 or so mins at 200 degrees Celsius. 1 quorn hot and spicy burger. 1/2 a tomato diced with chopped coriander. 1/2 a pepper and 1/2 an onion sautéed and finally a cup of edamame with salt to give it a protein boost
