Vegan Lentil Avocado Burger
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1 tablespoon vegan protein powder (isolated pea protein)
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 garlic clove
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/2 celery stalk
- 1 pinch cumin
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil
Preparation
Chop the onion, garlic, carrot, and celery
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together to form a mixture
Shape the mixture into burger patties
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the patties until golden brown on both sides
