Vegan Lentil Avocado Burger

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup cooked lentils
  • 1 tablespoon vegan protein powder (isolated pea protein)
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 garlic clove
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1/2 celery stalk
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Preparation

  1. Chop the onion, garlic, carrot, and celery

  2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together to form a mixture

  3. Shape the mixture into burger patties

  4. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the patties until golden brown on both sides
