Ingredients

  • • for the salmon I combined 2tbs toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 juice of clementine
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • a bit of salt. Brush this mix on top of your salmon cook in a pan flesh down for about 6-8 minutes (depending how you like it ) • cut up in little squares one English cucumber and 1 small red pepper
  • add 2 tbs rice vinegar
  • juice 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • and salt
  • that’s your garnish. • for the cauliflower rice just cook it in a 1 tsp sesame oil and 1 tsp vegan butter
  • keep it simple since salmon and cucumber salad are so flavorful. Enjoy
