  • 2 tbsp overnight soaked chia
  • 1tbsp over night soaked cashew nuts (or cashew butter)
  • 1 kiwi
  • Juice 1/2 lemon
  • 1 stick of celery
  • Handful spinach
  • Small hand full fresh parsley
  • Nut milk & coconut water
