I made this super simple and light ice cream by blending 2 cups of frozen organic strawberries from my local farmers market @brookgreen_mk with 1 cup of tiger nut milk made from @thetigernutcompany tiger nuts and 10 drops of @nkdliving vanilla stevia drops. It became kind of rich smoothie
Then I layered the mixture- smoothie in 3 layers and melted @greenandblacks 85% chocolate and some fresh strawberries in 2 layers in between. I placed the layered ice cream in the freezer overnight and I served it with fresh strawberries and more melted chocolate
