Banana Bread Donut Holes
Ingredients
Banana bread donut holes
- 3 small ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1/4 cup runny almond butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp ceylon cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup oat flour
Chocolate almond butter icing
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
Preparation
Banana bread donut holes
Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet.
In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients, then stir in the dry ingredients.
Roll the dough into small balls, coat in cinnamon and coconut sugar, and bake for 10 minutes. If the dough is too wet, add a few more tablespoons of oat flour.
Chocolate almond butter icing
Stir everything together and serve with warm donut holes.
