Blueberry Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour or spelt flour (can use all purpose flour if prefer)
- 1.5 tablespoons agave nectar
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup almond or soy milk
- 1.5 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3-4 tbsp fresh blueberries
Preparation
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl , and stir
Add almond or soy milk, agave, vanilla extract and brown sugar
Heat pan over medium heat, spray with cooking spray
Once the pan is hot (30-60 seconds after heating) add your mixture
Add blueberries
Flip pancake when begins bubbling, cook until golden brown
Top with bananas or syrup if prefer
