Chocolate Pancakes with Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients

Pancakes

  • 1 cup White Flour
  • 2 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • a pinch of Salt
  • 1 cup Soy Milk

Chocolate sauce

  • 3 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Rice Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 50g Dark Chocolate

Preparation

  1. Mix the pancake ingredients to form a batter.

  2. Heat some coconut oil in a pan.

  3. Once hot, use a ladle to spoon the batter into the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.

  4. Mix the chocolate sauce ingredients together in a pan.

  5. Cook the sauce over low heat for 2 minutes.

  6. Serve the pancakes stacked with the chocolate sauce and fresh berries.
