Chocolate and Peanut Butter Pancakes
Ingredients
- 80g buckwheat flour
- 20g vegan chocolate protein
- 1tsp cocoa powder
- 1tsp sugar
- 1tsp baking powder
- a good pinch of salt
- 160g plant milk
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except the milk in a bowl before adding the milk and whisking well until you have a smooth batter.
Spoon heaped tablespoons of batter into a pan on medium heat and cook on both sides until done.
Serve with peanut butter, banana, berries, and maple syrup.
Tips
Buckwheat is gluten-free, so you can mix as much as you want or even use a blender.
You can use any flavor of protein powder or skip it and add more flour and sugar to adjust.
