Chocolate and Peanut Butter Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 80g buckwheat flour
  • 20g vegan chocolate protein
  • 1tsp cocoa powder
  • 1tsp sugar
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • a good pinch of salt
  • 160g plant milk

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except the milk in a bowl before adding the milk and whisking well until you have a smooth batter.

  2. Spoon heaped tablespoons of batter into a pan on medium heat and cook on both sides until done.

  3. Serve with peanut butter, banana, berries, and maple syrup.

Tips

  1. Buckwheat is gluten-free, so you can mix as much as you want or even use a blender.

  2. You can use any flavor of protein powder or skip it and add more flour and sugar to adjust.
