Vegan Buckwheat Pancakes with Banana and Chia

Ingredients

  • 100g buckwheat flour
  • 1 tbsp ground chia seeds
  • 1 cup of plant milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 banana

Preparation

  1. Mix the dry ingredients then blend with the banana and milk

  2. Let it rest for ten minutes to thicken

  3. Add a dash more milk if it's too thick and blend again

  4. Fry on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes

  5. Flip and repeat

Tips

  1. You can make your own flour by grinding whole grains like buckwheat in a blender

  2. Top with no added sugar soya yoghurt and fresh fruit
