Vegan Buckwheat Pancakes with Banana and Chia
Ingredients
- 100g buckwheat flour
- 1 tbsp ground chia seeds
- 1 cup of plant milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 banana
Preparation
Mix the dry ingredients then blend with the banana and milk
Let it rest for ten minutes to thicken
Add a dash more milk if it's too thick and blend again
Fry on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes
Flip and repeat
Tips
You can make your own flour by grinding whole grains like buckwheat in a blender
Top with no added sugar soya yoghurt and fresh fruit
