Double Chocolate Fudge Brownies
Ingredients
- 200g gluten-free flour
- 50g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 mashed bananas
- 250ml plant milk
- 100-200g vegan chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Mash the bananas and mix with plant milk until combined.
Melt the vegan chocolate and coconut oil together.
Add the banana mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Add the melted chocolate mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
Optionally, fold in frozen berries or additional chocolate.
Pour the batter into a prepared baking tin, top with extra chocolate or berries if desired, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
