Salted Caramel Lava Cake
Ingredients
Cake
- 3/4 cup flour of your choice
- 7 Tbsp ground almonds
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- a pinch of salt
- 1 Tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- 1 small mashed banana
Filling
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- a pinch of salt
Preparation
Mix the cake ingredients together to form a batter
In a separate bowl, combine the filling ingredients until smooth
Grease ramekins or molds and fill halfway with batter
Add a spoonful of filling to the center of each mold and cover with more batter
Bake at 180C/360F for 10-15 minutes
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving
