Red Velvet Lava Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cup flour of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 2 whole cooked beetroots

Filling

  • 15 grams white vegan chocolate each

Preparation

  1. Mash the banana and mix it with maple syrup, flour, baking powder, plant milk, and beetroots to form a batter

  2. Prepare the filling by portioning the white vegan chocolate

  3. Spoon the batter into molds, place a piece of chocolate in the center of each to create the lava effect

  4. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius or 360 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 15 minutes until the cakes are set but the center remains gooey
