Vegan Banana Cake Donuts

Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas mashed
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil melted and cooled
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1 cup gf flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Glaze

  • 80 gr chopped chocolate melted
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1 big spoonful peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Mix all the ingredients listed under 'Ingredients' well.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag.

  4. Grease a donut pan.

  5. Pipe the batter into the donut pan.

  6. Bake for 15 minutes.

  7. Allow the donuts to cool completely.

Glaze

  1. Melt the chopped chocolate if not already melted.

  2. Combine the melted chocolate with icing sugar, oat milk, and peanut butter until smooth.

  3. Dip the cooled donuts into the glaze or drizzle it over them.

Notes

  1. This recipe makes 7 donuts.
