Easy Chocolate Brownies Two Ways
Ingredients
Traybake version
- 100g dark chocolate
- 100g any sugar
- 45g butter or margarine
- 30g plain or gluten free flour
- 15g cocoa powder
- 1 egg
Vegan & oat flour version
- 30-35g bar chocolate
- 30g any sugar
- 15g low fat margarine
- 10g oat flour or gluten free oat flour
- 5g cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp warm soya milk
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180C/gas 4/350F.
Melt chocolate.
Put all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Pour mixture into a lined baking dish (any size) and bake for 15 mins.
Leave to cool in dish before slicing.
Optional topping
I added some melted chocolate butter icing on top for the gram but it’s not necessary!
