Easy Chocolate Brownies Two Ways

Ingredients

Traybake version

  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 100g any sugar
  • 45g butter or margarine
  • 30g plain or gluten free flour
  • 15g cocoa powder
  • 1 egg

Vegan & oat flour version

  • 30-35g bar chocolate
  • 30g any sugar
  • 15g low fat margarine
  • 10g oat flour or gluten free oat flour
  • 5g cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp warm soya milk

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180C/gas 4/350F.

  2. Melt chocolate.

  3. Put all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly.

  4. Pour mixture into a lined baking dish (any size) and bake for 15 mins.

  5. Leave to cool in dish before slicing.

Optional topping

  1. I added some melted chocolate butter icing on top for the gram but it’s not necessary!
