Easy Chocolate Muffin Baking
Ingredients
Dry mixture
- 250g self-raising flour or whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 175g caster sugar
Wet mixture
- 250 ml milk
- 90 ml vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings
- Chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until just combined. Do not overmix; the batter may be lumpy.
Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 20 minutes or until done, adjusting for your oven.
