Gluten-Free Cinnamon Raisin Bread Pudding
Ingredients
- 6 slices Little Northern Bakehouse cinnamon raisin bread
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 1/4 cup raisins (or dried cranberries)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cube bread and add to a large bowl.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients until bread is coated with mixture.
Add to a loaf pan.
Bake for 25 min. until golden brown.
