Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 2-3 tbs coconut sugar
  • 1/3 cup chopped chocolate bar
  • 3 tbs oat milk
  • 1 tbs coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • optional: add in chopped walnuts

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF.

  2. Mix all your dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl except your chocolate chunks.

  3. Add in wet ingredients and mix again.

  4. If your dough seems too dry, add in extra oat milk one teaspoon at a time.

  5. When you have reached your desired dough-like consistency, fold in your chocolate.

  6. Scoop onto a lined baking tray.

  7. For softer cookies, refrigerate your dough balls for 20-30 minutes before placing them in the oven.

  8. Bake your cookies for 7-9 minutes but start checking them around the 7/8 minute mark.
