Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 2-3 tbs coconut sugar
- 1/3 cup chopped chocolate bar
- 3 tbs oat milk
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- optional: add in chopped walnuts
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
Mix all your dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl except your chocolate chunks.
Add in wet ingredients and mix again.
If your dough seems too dry, add in extra oat milk one teaspoon at a time.
When you have reached your desired dough-like consistency, fold in your chocolate.
Scoop onto a lined baking tray.
For softer cookies, refrigerate your dough balls for 20-30 minutes before placing them in the oven.
Bake your cookies for 7-9 minutes but start checking them around the 7/8 minute mark.
