Jonna Poori

Ingredients

  • 3/4th cup jowar flour
  • 1 cup wheat flour ( i used multigrain flour)
  • 1 tbs kasuri methi (optional)
  • salt and oil as required to kneed the dough

Preparation

  1. Add water little by little and kneed into tight Dough not too soft

  2. Rest for 15 mins and then roll into poori and tadha fry it in hot oil
