Maxi Dumplings W/spicy-Ragout Filling

Ingredients

  • 250 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 dl water
  • 250 g vegan meat
  • 1 onion (minced)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 carrots (minced)
  • 1 can italian pelati
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbs chili

Preparation

  1. Heat the oil, add onion, garlic and carrots and cook until golden

  2. Stir in the “meat” and sauté for 10 minutes

  3. Add in pelati, tomato paste and chili spice, reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 1 hour

  4. For the dough, place flour and water in a food-processor und process until you get a smooth dough

  5. Roll out the dough (2 mm thick)

  6. Then cut off circles (2 inch

  7. Diameter)

  8. Place 1 tbsp of ragout on each circle, form the dumplings, then Steam for 20 minutes and serve with chili sauce
