Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 70g oat flakes
?1 tbsp chia seeds
?1+1/2 tbsp sweetener of choice ?
?1 tsp maca powder ?
?1 tsp blue spirulina powder
?1 tsp vanilla extract
?190 ml milk of choice
?a pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into a jar, mix well and let it sit in the fridge over night

  2. For the chia pudding: ?
?1 tbsp chia seeds
?1 tsp sweetener of choice ?
?1 tsp blue spirulina powder
?1 tsp vanilla extract
?4 tbsp milk of choice (90 ml)
?a pinch of salt
