Pancake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats⁣
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup almond milk⁣
  • 1 egg⁣
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup⁣
  • 2 tsp baking powder⁣
  • 2 tbsp ghee or butter, melted⁣
  • 1/2 tsp salt⁣
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon⁣
  • berries (optional)

Preparation

  1. Skip this step if you have ground oats] 1️⃣combine whole oats with milk and allow to sit and soften

  2. While that happens, 2️⃣melt 1 tbsp of the butter/ghee and heat the pan

  3. Combine all ingredients into the oat mixture

  4. Add the other tbsp of ghee/butter to the pan and drop in the batter

  5. Cook until bubbly and brown, flip

  6. I suggest topping with your favorite granola and a banana!⁣
