Pancake Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp ghee or butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- berries (optional)
Preparation
Skip this step if you have ground oats] 1️⃣combine whole oats with milk and allow to sit and soften
While that happens, 2️⃣melt 1 tbsp of the butter/ghee and heat the pan
Combine all ingredients into the oat mixture
Add the other tbsp of ghee/butter to the pan and drop in the batter
Cook until bubbly and brown, flip
I suggest topping with your favorite granola and a banana!
