Peanut Butter Date Granola, Cinnamon Yogurt, and Banana Slices
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup steel cut oats
- 2 tbsp ground flax
- lots of cinnamon
- and 2 tbsp peanut butter powder
Preparation
To make the granola: combine 1 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup steel cut oats, 2 tbsp ground flax, lots of cinnamon, and 2 tbsp peanut butter powder
Stir until mixed, then add 1/4 cup applesauce and 2 tbsp maple syrup
Stir until the oat mix is fully coated, then add in chopped dates
Stir again, spread the mixture onto a baking sheet, and bake at 375F for 20 mins
Allow it to cool completely before breaking into pieces and storing
