Peanut Butter Date Granola, Cinnamon Yogurt, and Banana Slices

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup steel cut oats
  • 2 tbsp ground flax
  • lots of cinnamon
  • and 2 tbsp peanut butter powder

Preparation

  1. To make the granola: combine 1 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup steel cut oats, 2 tbsp ground flax, lots of cinnamon, and 2 tbsp peanut butter powder

  2. Stir until mixed, then add 1/4 cup applesauce and 2 tbsp maple syrup

  3. Stir until the oat mix is fully coated, then add in chopped dates

  4. Stir again, spread the mixture onto a baking sheet, and bake at 375F for 20 mins

  5. Allow it to cool completely before breaking into pieces and storing
