'Quick' Pizza

Ingredients

  • 150g strong white flour
  • 150g strong wholemeal flour
  • 1/2 tsp easybake yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 210ml water

Preparation

  1. If you have a bread maker you can use that to make the dough otherwise mix everything together, keeping yeast and salt in separate sides of the bowl to start.

  2. Kneed until elastic. Leave to rise in a warm place for 30-40 mins.

  3. Divide in two and roll out on a well floured surface.

  4. Transfer to floured tray and top with tomato sauce and toppings of your choice.

  5. Works just as well if you use only wholemeal flour for the dough.

  6. Bake in a hot oven for about 10 mins.
