Snack Plate Made with Vegan Tzatziki, Lentil Kebabs and Chopped Salad

Ingredients

  • To make the dip simply grate and squeeze out as much cucumber juice from 4 Medium Persian cukes, grate one small clove of garlic, mix them with one 5.3 oz container of @kitehillfoods unsweetened plain Greek yogurt. Season with sea salt, 1 tablespoon chopped dill or parsley, cracked pepper, 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil. Mix well and Serve
