Spicy Vegan Kimchi Burger

Ingredients

  • 2 @FieldRoast FieldBurger patties
  • 2 burger buns
  • 2 tbsp spicy vegan mayo
  • 4 slices @FieldRoast Chao original plant-based cheese slices
  • 1/3 cup kimchi
  • 2 mini cucumbers

Preparation

  1. Shave cucumbers into ribbons

  2. Cook patties on the grill or in a skillet. Meanwhile, toast buns.

  3. When patties are almost finished cooking, top with 2 slices each of plant-based cheese and finish cooking until melty.

  4. Spread spicy mayo on toasted bun, top with burger, shaved cucumber, kimchi and second bun. Enjoy.
