Vegan Sweet Potato and Greens Bowl

- sweet potato
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- broccoli
- kale
- coconut oil
- avocado
- hummus
- sesame seeds
Preparation
Slice and roast the sweet potato with olive oil, salt, and pepper at 160°C for 45 minutes.
Wok fry the broccoli and kale in coconut oil.
Serve with avocado, hummus, and sesame seeds.
