Crunchy Gluten-Free Oil-Free Cookies
Ingredients
- 50g nut/seed flour (I blitzed walnut and sunflower etc)
- 20g starch
- 50g brown rice syrup
- 20g nut/seed butter
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Preparation
Mix dry and liquid ingredients in separate bowls
Mix all together
Form cookies on a parchment paper
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 8-10 minutes
Leave to cool down for 10 minutes and you're done
Drizzle with some nut butter and raspberries
