Crunchy Gluten-Free Oil-Free Cookies

Ingredients

  • 50g nut/seed flour (I blitzed walnut and sunflower etc)
  • 20g starch
  • 50g brown rice syrup
  • 20g nut/seed butter
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Preparation

  1. Mix dry and liquid ingredients in separate bowls

  2. Mix all together

  3. Form cookies on a parchment paper

  4. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 8-10 minutes

  5. Leave to cool down for 10 minutes and you're done

  6. Drizzle with some nut butter and raspberries
