Dates-Chia #Birchermuesli with Coconut Sugar & Red Fruits

Ingredients

  • 2 grated apples
  • 2 cups of oatmeal
  • 3 tbsp white chia seeds
  • 1 / 3 cup finely chopped dates
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 cup of cold water
  • 1 cup of plant yoghurt

Preparation

  1. Place the grated apple in a bowl and add oatmeal, seeds and dates

  2. Mix everything together with yogurt, milk and cold water

  3. Cover it and chill in the fridge for a few hours or overnight

  4. Fill the muesli in 3jars layering with a pinch of coconut sugar , the fruits and the nuts

  5. If you want your bircher musli much more creamy, you can mix it with another spoon of yogurt before serving
