Homemade Vegan Pizza with Quorn and Vegetables
Ingredients
Dough
- 2 and 3/4 cup bread flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 packet yeast
- 1 tsp melted coconut oil
- pinch of sugar
- pinch of salt
Toppings
- onion
- pepper
- tomatoes
- spinach
- quorn ham
- buteislandfoods grated sheese
Preparation
Mix together 2 and 3/4 cup bread flour, 1 cup warm water, 1 packet yeast, 1 tsp melted coconut oil, and a pinch of sugar and salt.
Knead the mixture for a few minutes.
Let the dough proof for 20 minutes.
Stretch out the dough using hands and lay it on a baking tray.
Top with onion, pepper, tomatoes, spinach, quorn ham, and buteislandfoods grated sheese.
Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
