Homemade Vegan Pizza with Quorn and Vegetables

Ingredients

Dough

  • 2 and 3/4 cup bread flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 packet yeast
  • 1 tsp melted coconut oil
  • pinch of sugar
  • pinch of salt

Toppings

  • onion
  • pepper
  • tomatoes
  • spinach
  • quorn ham
  • buteislandfoods grated sheese

Preparation

  1. Mix together 2 and 3/4 cup bread flour, 1 cup warm water, 1 packet yeast, 1 tsp melted coconut oil, and a pinch of sugar and salt.

  2. Knead the mixture for a few minutes.

  3. Let the dough proof for 20 minutes.

  4. Stretch out the dough using hands and lay it on a baking tray.

  5. Top with onion, pepper, tomatoes, spinach, quorn ham, and buteislandfoods grated sheese.

  6. Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
