Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 40 grams of oatmeal
  • 1/2 scoop of whey protein vanilla
  • toppings: cocoa nibs, chocolate chips, coconut shred, cinnamon, blueberries, banana and a phat drizzle of 100% peanutbutter ?

Preparation

  1. Prepare your cup of coffee

  2. Add coffee to the oats + milk and put in the microwave for 1 minute (check afterwards, it’ll need less time than usual as the coffee is already hot)

  3. Add protein powder and stir until fully combined

  4. Add all of your toppings! the chocolate chips are an absolute must in this heavenly combo
