Raw, Vegan Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • ◦ 1 cup tahini (if nut free) — nut butters can be used as well!⁠⠀
  • ◦ 1/2 cup maple syrup or agave syrup⁠⠀
  • ◦ 2 1/2 cups gluten free rolled oats — Can sub for quinoa flakes or buckwheat flakes⁠⠀
  • ◦ 1/4-1/2 cup dried fruits and seeds (unsweetened)⁠⠀

Preparation

  1. Using just 4 natural ingredients, combine them all in a bowl and form with your hands

  2. Once formed, whether into bars, balls, or whatever shape you please

  3. Place them unto a lined pan or a parchment sheet and refrigerate for at least an hour—you’re good to go
