Vegan Apple Pie Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 large baked apple, sliced
- 35g oats
- 1 ripe banana (optional) for more sweetness
- 1 teespoon vanilla extract
- 11/2 cups almond milk
- 3 Tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until SMOOTH! Top it with some cinnamon et voila
