Vegan Mango Mini Tart

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • mix in a food processor and spread/press in the mini tart mold.
  • mango layer
  • 1 mango, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp living jin agar agar

Preparation

  1. Mix mangoes and milk in a food processor until smooth, transfer to a pan add water and the agar agar, stir and bring to a boil

  2. Pour over the crust layer, let it cool
