Vegan Mango Mini Tart
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- mix in a food processor and spread/press in the mini tart mold.
- mango layer
- 1 mango, cut into cubes
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp living jin agar agar
Preparation
Mix mangoes and milk in a food processor until smooth, transfer to a pan add water and the agar agar, stir and bring to a boil
Pour over the crust layer, let it cool
