White Bean Blondies

Ingredients

  • white bean blondies:
  • 1 can white bean (drained);
  • 1/2 cup almond butter;
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce;
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda;
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder @310nutrition ;
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour;

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients except the chocolate chips

  2. Fold in chocolate chips

  3. Grease with coconut oil a baking dish with parchment paper

  4. Bake at 350 for 20min

  5. Let it cool completely before removing it and then slice into squares

  6. Best when it’s refrigerated
